Yes, very easy! You can set up and publish your event in less than 3 minutes using our simple dashboard.

Yes. Our dashboard shows payment status, registration progress, and attendance.
Note: The registration fee first goes to HostMySports.com’s account and is then transferred to the organizer’s account.

Go to www.hostmysports.com, create your user account, and click “Organize Event.” Follow the simple steps shown on the screen.

14. Can I customize my event?
Yes. You can set your own rules, team size, point systems, and match formats — just the way you want.

15. Should I create an individual or organization account?
· If you're a school, college, sports club, or association, choose Organization.
· If you're a player, coach, or referee, choose Individual.

16. What's the difference between individual and organization accounts?

Both can organize and participate in events. The only difference is:
  • Organizations can register as a team but must add players names to participate.
  • Individuals can register and join events directly.

17. How can I participate in an event?

  • Click on “Participate in Event”
  • Pay the registration fees through the payment gateway
  • After payment, you'll be directed to add player details and complete the registration

18. Is it important to enter the correct birth date?
Yes. Your age category in the event is based on your date of birth, so entering the correct date is mandatory.

19. What is a user code?
A user code is your unique participant ID. If you want to join another event later, just enter your user code — your details will be filled in automatically!
