HostMySports is an online event management platform specifically designed for sports activities. We facilitate the creation, hosting, and registration of sports events. Event organizers ("Organizers") can create an account to host sports tournaments, accept participant registrations and fees, schedule matches, enter scores, and declare winners. Participants ("Players") can register for events, pay fees securely, and track their performance history.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have the supervision and consent of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Organizers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, timing, rules, and fees. They are solely accountable for conducting events as described. HostMySports only provides the technological infrastructure and is not liable for any on-ground activities.

Participants must review event details carefully before registering. All interactions, payments, and disputes are primarily between the Organizer and Participant. We are not responsible for any personal injury, disputes, or logistical issues arising from participation in events.

Organizers may submit scores, player information, match results, and other content. You warrant that all data submitted is accurate and does not violate any laws or third-party rights. HostMySports reserves the right to remove or correct data that appears to be fraudulent, incorrect, or misleading.

- Use the Platform ethically and lawfully.

- Refrain from posting harmful, obscene, or misleading content.

- Respect the rights and privacy of other users.

- Avoid fraudulent activities and impersonation.
